When do you put your christmas tree and decorations down?
i put my up in december but when do YOU take it down?
p.s. i love xmas but i hate it when you prepare for like a month then that day is gone so soon, well i guess that’s life! Happy new year!!!
Epiphany (6th Jauary). Christmas is not officially over until then. In olden times, celebrations used to go on for thirteen days, from Christmas day through to Epiphany, which was the climax of the celebratios. It has more or less died out in a lot of places, but is still celebrated in some countries like Spain and Switzerland for instance. And although nobody cares much about it in the UK now, I still like to keep the decorations up until then.
